Active COCO Heads to Orange County for a Valentine's Swim Meet Weekend
We’re packing up the spritz bottles and heading north—Active COCO is officially coming to Orange County! February 15th, you’ll find us poolside at El Toro High School, where OC Gold Aquatics is hosting a swim meet bringing together athletes, families, and the local swim community for a full, 3 day weekend of fast races and great vibes.
If you’re competing, cheering from the stands, or just living that swim-parent life, we’d love for you to stop by and say hi.

This weekend is all about showing up for swimmers—and their hair. We’ll be selling Active COCO in person on Sunday, so you can grab your favorite pre-swim hair barrier spray without waiting for shipping. Whether you’re dealing with chlorine, saltwater, or long hours at the pool, Active COCO is designed to protect hair before it ever hits the water.
Swimmers put their hair through a lot during meet weekends—warm-ups, multiple events, long days in the sun, and repeat exposure to chlorine. A quick spritz of Active COCO before hitting the pool helps create a lightweight barrier that keeps hair feeling healthier, softer, and easier to manage after a long day of racing.
Why We Love Meet Weekends
There’s something special about swim meets. Early mornings, team cheers, meet snacks, and that feeling when someone drops time - it’s what the swim community is all about. Being on deck and connecting with swimmers, parents, and coaches is one of our favorite parts of building Active COCO. These weekends remind us why we created this product in the first place.
We’re especially excited to be partnering with OC Gold Aquatics, a program that continues to support and grow competitive swimming in Southern California. Huge thanks to their team for hosting and bringing everyone together at El Toro High School.
